From July 2021, Dr. Puliatti returned to Italy, with the role of eConsultant Urologist at the University Hospital of Modena . He also has the role of Assistant Professor in Urology at the University of Modena.

Dr Puliatti held the position of Deputy Medical Director of Orsi Academy, Melle, Belgium. Orsi Academy is considered the most important robotic surgery training center in the world.

Dr Puliatti carried out a 2 and a half year clinical fellowship in Belgium with Prof. Alex Mottrie (OLV Hospital, AALST, Belgium), considered one of the best robotic surgeons in the world, leading expert in robotic kidney surgery.
